The super nice team, especially Loay and AbdulAilah. The location is perfect for checking out the Roman Theatre and Citadel since everything is within walking distance. Free coffee and tea all day were a nice touch! The accommodations were clean and comfy.

Fairly clean hotel, the staff was dedicated and best.
Stayed here for 3 nights and greatly enjoyed our choice. The hotel was in an unbeatable and magnificent location really close to main attractions in Amman and the Roman Amphitheater, we saw a museum and a citadel close to the place.

Really enjoyed its fairly friendly and incredibly kind staff.
The room was air-conditioned and the location was good and unbeatable. It was fairly clean, I will be back.

The staff are extremely helpful and really helpful and offer concierge service and wake up calls free of charge. The location is incredible and particularly good, it is close to an amphitheater and a central market.
The bathrooms are not so clean.

The size of the hotel felt limited, though it was cozy enough for a short stay. Parking availability was also a bit tricky at peak times.
